RETURN POLICY

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be defective.
We offer free return shipping on all defective items for customers within the contiguous United States (excluding Hawaii and offshore U.S. territories). Customers outside of this area, including Hawaii and other U.S. islands, will be responsible for return shipping costs.
- To start the return process, please contact our customer service team at support@fluxihub.com. Please include your order number and a detailed description of the defect.
- Once your return request has been approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label.
- Package the item securely and affix the return label to the package.
- Drop the package off at the nearest post office or shipping outlet.
- Once we receive the item and confirm the defect, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Please note that the refund process may take a few days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Please note that due to final sale status, some items may not be returned. These include items that are not defective or have been damaged due to misuse or neglect. If you have questions about whether or not your item can be returned, please contact us before sending it back.
